Making user library in quartusii

Hello,

I am trying to make my own library and use it in quartusii.Can anyone advice how to make my own library and add it to quartusii, so that i can instantiate components from my library.

The way we can make our own library and add it to ise and use components from that library later , similarly how can we do that in quartusii.

Reference to any document will also be very helpful.:)

Do you use schematic or HDL language?
