NIOS-not booting UFM with simple socker server

i have used MAX 10 FPGA with NIOS processor and sample simple socket server code. refered AN730 document and tried 1a method and loded code into CFM and UFM memory of MAX 10.

But if I restart the board nios is not booting .please help me to boot NIOS in MAX10.
