Dear Sir/madam,

ICs Cypress CY7C346 package type PGA used in one of our old design PCB.since M/s data IO programmer (Socket/Adapter) obsolete ,you are requested to suggest any kit or programmer for programming this device.

That series is from another manufacturer (Cypress, now owned by Infineon) and has been obsolete for years.

It is a functional cross to the old Altera 5130 part, a 128 macrocell 5V CPLD in an 84pin package.

From the datasheet (google it):

I don't think Altera/Intel can help you in any way, unless you plan to redesign your board with a different part.

But Altera/Intel no longer has 5V CPLDs in production. Something like an EPM7128 is probably close, but is still EOL.
