Nios II EDS command line 11.0

Hi there, 

 I have just moved from QII 9.1 sp2 to QII 11.0 and found that bashrc support is dropped from Nios II EDS command line tools since 10.x. Because I rely on command line tools quite heavily so I used to have cygwin configured through bashrc to support things like colorful prompt, aliases and deep command buffers. Now it becomes very inconvenient to use the command tools without those supports.  Is there another way to config the cygwin environment to support those features?  Thanks, Hua
