Problem with time limited .sof with SOPC builder

Hello !

I have a very weird problem. I am working on video stream with an Altera Cyclonne III C25 and a Bitec hsmc quad video card. I took the design of the Quad Video Mosaic for the C25. I compiled it and lauched the .sof on Quartus programmer, lauched nios II and eveything worked perfectly. Then, I opened sopc builder and generated it without changing anything just to make sure the problem came from SoPC builder (later, I would like to add buttons and leds). I compiled the quartus II project again and launched it on NIOS II but then nothing works. I only have the color bars initialisation instead of the video I should have.

I noticed that instead of having a .sof in the quartus programmer, I had a time_limited.sof

Do you know how I could go through this problem ?

Thank you,

Myriam

Time-limited .sof is generated if (a) you don't have license for NIOS II or Quartus II etc. and (b) you have a license but the lincense server is not set correctly or the license file is not updated or your license is outdated.
