I've noticed lately that people's posts that include attachments are not displaying and a message is appearing: "(Virus scan in progress ...)"

Apologies to hear that, just to clarify my understand, issues happens when we are trying to view a attachment for specific post right?
Any specific files which you notice issues happening or all files types?
If you are able to provide the post which you notice such issues that would be great as well.
Note: I have tried to download some design files (e.g., .vhd) it seems to be working. Will continue to look around for such issues.

It was all file attachments, but I think it's fixed now.

Yes, the problem appeared to affect all file attachments across various posts—at least from what I observed. Every time someone uploaded a file, instead of the usual download link, the forum would display a message saying, “(Virus scan in progress...)” indefinitely. This was consistent for several different file types including .vhd, .zip, and even PDFs. It wasn't tied to just one post either; it was happening across different threads and user uploads, which made me think it might be a system-wide issue rather than something post-specific.
It seems to have resolved itself now, which suggests it may have been a temporary glitch in the forum’s virus scanning service or an update to the platform that caused a hiccup. Either way, I'm glad it was short-lived, but I do think it might be worth looking into the logs around the time it started happening—just in case it resurfaces or was triggered by a backend change.
Thanks again for your support and for encouraging users to report these things. It’s great to know there’s a responsive team behind the scenes monitoring issues like this. I’ll definitely reach out again if I run into anything similar in the future
