Programing a Stratix10 FPGA

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am trying to program a Stratix10 FPGA and downloaded the Quartus software to do so. I also already installed all acceleration stack tools needed to communicate with the FPGA via a PCIe bus. The only thing I need now is a license to generate a bitstream file in Quartus that I can then pass to my device. I am a bit confused about how to get this license. I am a student and need to use the FPGA for my master thesis (I also enroled in the FPGA academic program you offer). I would be very thankfull if you could tell me how I can get access to the license or a kind of test license :).

I am very new to the FPGA world so sorry if I am asking stupid questions.

You will need a license to generate the .sof file for Stratix 10 device.
