Hello,

Can I program this kit's FPGA using a .sof file or do I need to first generate a .flash file? Please include instructions if a .sof file is sufficient. Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for taking the call.

Per our conversation through the call:

-You will provide board serial number

-You will provide the top marking

-I will check your access for the IPS.

How soon could I get a replacement board? Any progress with restoring the IPS access?

Thanks.

Hi,

I am checking for the board warranty for now.

For IPS access, sorry to let you know that your company is no longer eligible for IPS access. You are always welcome to get support from FPGA Forum or to reach out to your support FAE.

Aiman

From my experience, you should auto detect, it should be able to detect both Max and Arria 10. This is some how necessary for the Programmer to know the chain of FPGAs. Then you should select the sof file for that particular FPGA and program it.
