Quartus Licence Key for A Purchased Intel FPGA Board

Hi,

My company has purchased an FPGA board (Terasic SoC System on Module Evaluation KIT) and it contains a Cyclone V FPGA on it. I have almost complete my rtl coding using Quartus Prime Lite Edition but I need to get a licence key to generate programming files to start working on the board.

Can someone help me to get a licence key?

I can send the product details such as invoice, part number etc.

A license is not required for Lite with Cyclone V unless you are using an IP in the design that requires it.  What IP are you using?

Thanks for replying,

I am using PLL, FIFO, SPI and UART IPs. My point is, I cannot generate programming files with Lite. That's why I am asking for a solution.

When you say you can't generate a programming file, you're performing a full compilation and the Assembler is not generating any files?  That is strange.  You should get at least a .sof in the project directory or in an output_files directory.  Any messages about this appearing?

And even with unlicensed IP, you can still use the .sof file as long as you remain tethered over JTAG (and the file is time-limited; I think it will work for an hour).
