Hi,Does anyone has used the sdram memory---mt48lc1m16a1?How should i set the time parameter?as well as the delay time? 

When i want to run the code in sdram ,it shows:"verified failed!" 

what may be the real problem?anyone who can help me? 

BTW,the time parameter i set as the following picture shows:
