Stratix III power supply Query

Good day. 

 

I am starting to work on a Stratix III development kit, but the power cable is lost. 

We do however have a Stratix IV power cable lying aroung. 

 

Stratix III - requires 16V power supply. 

 

Stratix IV power supply = 15V 

 

Will this damage my board? I can't seem to find the documentation regarding the statix III power supply Max and Min values. 

 

Can anybody please help with knowledge or direction to documentation.

my SIII devkit says 14-20V on the board near the DC barrel jack

Hi, thanx. 

 

I saw that as well. The SIII user guide says "Use only 16V supply voltage".  

Little bit conflicting.
