USB Blaster, missing New Hardware Wizard

Hello,

I can't install USB Blaster drivers. When I plug in the USB Blaster a message “Found New Hardware Wizarrd” is NOT shown.

Rather, it pops up a message like this "The USB device is not recognized" (I'm sorry, my Windows XP is in spanish "No se reconoce el dispositivo USB", I don't know the exact english sentence).

I can't follow more steps!

I'm trying to use Quartus 6.0, USB Blaster Rev. C.

Thanks, any help will be appreciated.
