What precisely is the MIF base address when streaming a MIF file to a transceiver?

I have a Stratix V design with two flavors of transceivers. One is 2.5Gbps and the other 5Gbps.

I do have two MIF files, one that can take me from the 2.5G transceiver to the 5G and another that can take me from the 5G to the 2.5G.

I even determined the two reduced MIF files.

I have concatenated them into one file MIF file.

The 2.5G reduced MIF is from lines 0 to 10 (decimal).

The 5G reduced MIF is from lines 15 to 25 (decimal).

OK, my question is this:

In the Streamer Based Configuration section of the Altera Transceiver PHY IP Core User Guide, in one of the steps (step 4), I have to use the MIF base address. If I am trying to stream the 5G MIF, is my base address 15 (decimal)? If not, what is it?
