I'm looking for any data Intel might have on radiation testing on the Cyclone FPGAs.
I've found a 15 year old study (http://scholarsmine.mst.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1652&context=math_stat_facwork) but that's so old it's pretty much useless. The Cyclone user's guide talks about SEU mitigation, but I'm more interested in actual data on how more recent iterations stand up to linear energy transfer. I'm interested because I'd like to study the feasibility of using a Cyclone FPGA in a space application involving optics.
Any help would be very appreciated. If I've posted this to the wrong forum, I apologize -- this is my first post ever!

Hi,
I am sorry to tell you that we do not performed any SEE. I have found a more later SEE paper from NASA. Please refer to https://ntrs.nasa.gov/archive/nasa/casi.ntrs.nasa.gov/20160007754.pdf.
