Where is the TimeQuest Timing Analyzer Wizard?

Hi,

I'm following a course in VHDL, and in one of the demonstrations we are supposed to use the "TimeQuest Timing Analyzer Wizard". According to the instructions it can be find in under the Assignments-menu in Quartus. I think the instructions are written for Quartus 14.0. I have Quartus 14.1 and I don't have that option in my Quartus-menu.

According to the Quartus help for v14.1 ( http://quartushelp.altera.com/14.1/mergedprojects/analyze/sta/sta_com_sta_wizard.htm ) the wizard should be found under the Tools-menu in the TimeQuest Timing Analyzer, but again I cannot find any wizard. I've downloaded the entire web-version of Quartus 14.1 again and it tells me that all packages are already installed... So hence my question where can I find the TimeQuest Timing Analyzer Wizard in Quartus 14.1???

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Navigate to Tools --> Timequest Timing Analyzer.

Timequest Timing Analyzer will open in a new window.

Thanks,

Screenshot attached. It's in tools ---> Timequest. The icon is a red clock.

Ya, I've noticed that this feature has been removed starting from Quartus II v14.1
