Your web page link for obtaining a MAX PLUS license using hard disk ID is broken

I need to set up a couple of legacy machines for old product investigation and support: one has no LAN interface, and the other appears to fail to recognize the LAN adapter when I try to run MAX Plus ... I would like to get HD-based licenses for both.

Hi Jeff, I also realized same behavior because of link broken. I will check internally with our team & get back to you. Regards, Vikas

This has not been resolved. I've just routed through the pages linked from the above pages, and when I finally found the option to request a HD-locked license [at the bottom of https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/f/download/licensing/lic-max2baseline.html] I found that the link is still broken. The link it offers is https://www.intel.com/f/download/licensing/lic-max2baseline.html?product=hard_disk

Hi,

Please give it another try. The broken link issue should fixed now as I've verified this in both IE and Chrome.

Thanks,

Joseph

Hi,

One of the other steps we need to do was clear browser cache and cookies then reopen it.

Let me know if this is already resolved at yours end.

Thanks,

Joseph
