burning a epm5128gc-1

Hello 

I have only a .pof file and i would like to burn the epm5128gc-1 

Im trying to do it with the apu - plmg5128a 

How can i do it? Is it possible? 

Please give me all the details step by step

Do you mean Altera's Master Programming Unit - "MPU" - rather than 'apu'? Assuming so, you've got the right kit. Do you have a suitably old PC to control it from? max+plus ii (https://www.altera.com/support/support-resources/download/legacy/maxplus2/dnl-baseline.html) doesn't run under Windows 10/8/7 etc. - try Windows 95...

maxplus 10.2 does not support the epm5000, at least mine doesnt... 

i have tried with version 9 but it doesnt let me to get to the burning stage with only the pof file
