i can't run the Qsys tool on my QUARTUS II subscription edition (fixed licence)

HELLO,

I am a beginner Quartus user, and i want to simulate some examples with Qsys tool (Altera's system integration tool). Qsys is the next-generation SOPC Builder tool powered by a new FPGA-optimized network-on-a-chip (NoC) technology. it replace SOPC for version later than 13.0 and i have been installed the 13 version of Quartus II on 64 ubuntu 15.04.

My problem is Qsys doesn't open. only the logo start for few second and then close without start the program. i use a licenced product Quartus II, maybe Qsys need licence also ??
