Good night, I have a question about why Windows 7 will not recognize the Cyclone II FPGA EP235F672C6, politely ask for support on this fault. I appreciate your help

Hi... 

 

Altera Quartus II isn't supported on Windows 7. 

You can install it but some error might happen.
