Hi,
I am working on cyclon V soc kit. Quartus: 14.1 I have tested GHRD sdcard Linux image with ARM ds-5 . I have updated my Qsys system and Quartus files.so now I want to update SD Card image with updated changes of Qsys and Quartus design. so my question is: 1) how can I update sdcard image? 2) Which things I need to update ? I mean if I update .src ,.dtb and .rbf file then is it sufficient ? OR I need to recreate full SD Card Image file for updated changes ? I mean I need to update zImage,vmlinux,u-boot-socfpga_cyclone5.Img,preloader-mkpimage_cyclone5.bin,etc.. Regards, SandipLink Copied

Hi Sandip,
for those and other questions please have a look at [1]. To answer your question: You should generate and update the preloader and the uboot, and (depending on your changes in the system) the device-tree. Regards [1] http://rocketboards.org/foswiki/view/documentation/webhome- Mark as New

hi, just flash a complete working image of SD card that with all the boot up files,,, then you may update which section you need accordingly... just type ghrd in rocketboard.org and download a cyclone V. then use a win32image to reprogram your SD card .
