Desktop Raid 5 rebuilds after each shutdown/restart?

Hello, I'm having an issue where my raid rebuilds after every shutdown/restart. Each time I boot my PC I'd let the rebuild process finish before shutting down or restarting again; I also noticed that shutdowns are taking more time than they should.

Any help is truly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!
