Hi to all. I've bought an ASUS A551L-XO529H laptop with with 1TB of HDD + 24GB of SDD. I've installed the Intel Rapid Storage software (version 13.2.4.1000) but there is no accelerate button in the performance tab.
That's my disk setup:
I've a doubt: the SSD is formatted as OEM Partition. This setting is correct? Should not to be set "unallocated" instead?
Thanks in advance (and sorry for my english!)

Thanks for joining the Chipset community.
If your SSD was previously accelerated and you installed new operating system without disabling acceleration, it may be a possibility that some metadata is still stored on the SSD.
In order to enable acceleration again, you will need the disk set as unallocated.
Allan.

Hi, thank you for your reply. I haven't installed a new operating system, that's the original provided with the laptop. But I found a software preinstalled called "ExpressCache": is it possible that this software manages my SSD instead of Intel Rapid Storage?

I recommend contacting your computer manufacturer as they are familiar with the bundled software available for your computer model.
