RAID Failure After Upgrading BIOS

I lost my Raid 0 after upgrading Bios from my x99 Deluxe Mobo.

After enabling RAID on BIOS, I went to Configuration Utility & create RAID to recreate the Raid but Im unable to do so. There's no option other than formating.  Only one of the three HDD fails to reconnect.

How can I recover the Raid without loosing  all data?

thx

Hello MartaReis,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

To better assist you, please provide the following report and information so we can move forward with your request.

Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU)

  • Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information
  • By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
  • Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
  • To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".

Note: You can use the option under the reply window to attach the report and any other files to the thread (Drag and drop here or browse files to attach).

  1. Please provide a screenshot of your main Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) tab and one where it shows that it only gives you the option to formatting.
  2. What’s your current Intel® RST driver version?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,

Hello Vitor,

Unfortunately you haven't read my feedback cause I have been answering you from my gmail account (emails are forward to there).

I was not able to follow your instructions till now, once I was away from that computer during the past weeks. Im now back and prepared to  troubleshoot this issue.

Can you please confirm in the information provided if the drive has failed? The Raid volume cannot be recreated and data is permanently lost?
