Are you sure the problematic SSDs / HDDs are not plugged into the Marvell SATA controller?

Hello TheBastard,
You best support will be your system manufacturer, even though there are Intel components in your system, your computer manufacture may have altered the feature and customized your system, however, you can try the following:
Try reinstalling the chipset driver from your motherboard manufacturer website

NOTE: This link is being offered for your convenience and should not be viewed as an endorsement by Intel of the content, products, or services offered there.
Are those drives visible in the BIOS, try to set the BIOS to default settings, press F9 on your keyboard when you're in the bios and then press F10 to save all changes.
Try to reconnect your HDDs on your SATA ports, make sure they are not connected on the Marvel port as Gize2 is saying or try formatting your HDDs.
Regards,
Ivan.
