Hello Stephen,

The DirectPath I/O is supported by the Intel(R) Serverboard S2600WT2R. It should work with VMWare DirectPath I/O with ESXi 6.5. as shown at https://ark.intel.com/products/88277/Intel-Server-Board-S2600WT2R Intel® Server Board S2600WT2R Product Specifications
