High CPU Load on ESX 4

Hello Experts

we have 2 of 5 S7000FCUR Systems with 2 X7350 Processors witch causes very high CPU load when more than 1 VM ist loaded. With 3 VMs the ESX nearly freezes. The system was running with ESX 3 without problems since june 2008.

What we did in the past:

Updated Firmware and RAID controller to latestet Versions

Made an PCT without Errors

Changed the CPUs from an System without errors

Installed ESX 4 min. 3 times

Does anybody have an idea ?

Doesn't sound familiar. Do the ESX logs report any errors?

may be try to reinstall the Vmtools in Virtual machines.

Need more info to resolve the issue.
