Regarding how to get support, we see the need to attach an FPO here:
Our question, can we check the FPO in Intel BMC or BIOS or other, in the CPU Information menu ?
We have 2 exampels here :
- Intel® Server Board S2600WF Family | BMC Firmware - 2.37.1f190479
- Intel HNS2600BPB Compute Module | BMC Firmware - 2.48.ce3e3bd2

Thank you for posting your question on this Intel Community.
It is not possible to add the FPO to the BMC Web Console, BIOS or other. For technical support, this is not required.
The FPO is only needed to check the warranty status of your product (i.e. warranty exchange).
