Install RAM in the host M50CYP1UR (M50CYP1UR204)

I'm wondering if I can install the host RAM as follows.

4xCPU1 and 2xCPU2 or 2xCPU1  4xCPU2 (from 384 gb).

Memory Micron  DDR4  64GB 3200MH .

Model of the processors  Intel xeon gold 6354.
