Hello ETrax,
Thank you very much for all the information provided.
Lets try the steps found in page 17 section 5.5 thru page 19.
Please locate and use the folder called "iaStorE.free.win8.64bit.6.2.0.1238" . Located in the Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU (Intel® VROC SATA)/Intel® Rapid Storage Technology Enterprise (Intel® RSTe) Windows* Driver. That you have downloaded before from the following link:
Please let me know the outcome.
If we do not hear back from you, we will follow up on 12/06th

Hello Paul,
your suggested solution was not successful.
I tried some more drivers i downloaded from intel download page, but none if the drivers could find my RAID disk.
Are there any dependencies on BIOS-setup?
In the uploaded ZIP file you can find screenshots from BIOS setup menu (BIOS*.jpg) and screenshots from installing windows10.
are there any other drivers neccessary for installation (mainboard-, raid-, ...drivers)?
I have no more ideas for continuing my windows installation....

Hello ETrax,
I hope you are doing great thank you very much for the waiting time, after analyzing the screenshots provided, it looks like the Raid Controller is not in use, and you are using the Embedded SATA ports instead, I understand that the goal is to set up the raid 5 under the Intel® Integrated RAID Module RMS3CC080. Can you please make sure the RAID controller is configured correctly, here you have this guide:
Can you please tell us if you are using an Intel Chassis/Backplane and the model?
We continue to investigate this further and will make sure we provide a solution soon.
If we do not hear back from you, we will follow up on 12/09th
