How did you set the SATA mode in BIOS? If it's Enhanced mode, no driver is needed. If it's AHCI or software RAID mode, yes driver is needed:
can u make a step by step instructions ? or is there a way i can call a number? its been heck trying to get this thing working its in sata mode in enhanced mode and it wont take any driver i throw at it but i downloaded the drivers already u supplied and they didnt work

You may also try different installation media, like a USB DVD-ROM or create a USB key installation drive.

that is what im trying to install ..
i use the achi driver u provided and it says not compatible
Again no driver is needed when SATA mode is enhanced, and AHCI driver doesn't work with that. Maybe you can try to change SATA mode to AHCI and load the AHCI driver.
And what kind of DVD-ROM are you using?
