  • Verify if there is a Keyboard, Video and Mouse (KVM) installed. If so, disconnect the monitor from the KVM and connect it directly to the motherboard port.
  • If can't access the BIOS with F2, try with F6 to access the boot manager on the Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI), then type exit and hit enter to access the BIOS menu.

Note:  Update the BIOS to the latest version is always recommended.

If this still doesn't solve your server 2019 issue contact the support team they can help you with exact solution.

I hope this information helps!

Regards,

Lewis

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Intel® Server Community.

The NVIDIA Quadro RTX 5000 has not been validated in the Intel® Server Board S1200SPS.

If you would like to verify the information our best recommendation will be to contact NVIDIA Support, they will provide you the most accurate information about it.

Is the Intel® Server Board S1200SPS booting up without the NVIDIA Graphics Card?

Have you tried to test a different NVIDIA or GPU Card on this system?

I will be waiting for your outcome in order to proceed with the next step.
