Memory Bandwidth on HPC system

Hi all,

I am having a problem with the performance of our system (256GB RAM, CPU E5-2680 v3 @ 2.50GHz, Xeon Phi 7200q). When I check the performance with Linpack tool, the result is not stable, sometimes it is dropped.

I debugged the tool and figured out the problem caused by Memory Bandwidth on NUMA model.

Node 19Numa node01058516.3886.2128470717.6

This is the result of one in our compute nodes. The bandwidth (MB/s) of memory on NUMA node 1 is very bad.

Can you give me some cases that you have experienced with this problem? Or, you can give me some recommends about the reasons which can be the cause of this problem.

Thank you!
