Hello Heiko,

Currently, there have not been reports by other users using this hardware on this specific board. Thus, Intel has not published a specific list of supported or tested NVMe PCIe SSD's.

Please refer to http://www.nvmexpress.org/specifications/ http://www.nvmexpress.org/specifications/ to confirm the specification of your desired NVME PCIe SSD. Additionally, please let us know the specific NVMe PCIe SSD you are planning to buy and test for example http://www.nvmexpress.org/portfolio-items/intel-ssd-750-series/ http://www.nvmexpress.org/portfolio-items/intel-ssd-750-series/

According to Specifications https://ark.intel.com/products/71384/Intel-Server-Board-S1200V3RPL https://ark.intel.com/products/71384/Intel-Server-Board-S1200V3RPL and http://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/product-briefs/server-board-s1200v3rp-family-brief.pdf http://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/product-briefs/server-board-s1200v3rp-family-brief.pdf it should support NVMe PCIe SSD's that comply with PCIe 3.0 specification.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Best regards,
