I have a S5520HC system with dual E5520 Xeons and I want to upgrade the memory to 64GB.
I have 8x 8GB RAM sticks, will they work in that configuration?

I see that your motherboard supports up to 192GB and the CPU supports up to 144GB.
So, 64GB should work fine without any problems.
