Unable to share USB/floppy via RMM3

Hi,

I'm having a strange problem on my Lenovo Laptop running Windows 7 32bit.

I am trying to share a USB disk on a RMM3 card, but when I click on Click:

Devices -> Share Floppy/USB key

It comes up and says there are no floppy/USB key visible in my computer. There is a USB key attached to my laptop, and the same USB key work fine from another system.

I have updated Windows 7 via Microsoft update, but am at a loss as to what I should do next.

Does anyone know of anything to try, or any logging to get to see what is going on?

cheers,

David

Hi All,

I was just wondering whether anyone else has had this problem, and found a solution for it.

regards,

David

Do you mean you can share the same USB key from a different PC? Do you have latest Java installed? Perhaps it's related to the USB controller on your laptop...
