If I have a server with a motherboard that can handle two Intel Xeon E5 2680 CPU, 128MB RAM and two Intel SSD 910, I wonder if there is any way to figure out how many visitors per second/clique server can handle simultaneously without crashing?

In case of Microsoft software, you can use Web Capacity Analysis Tool Version 5.2 from
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17275 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17275 to mimic user browser (IE6) activity and http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=20163 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=20163 to mimic MS SQL server disk activity.
