Hi,

Thank you for contacting Intel® Xeon® Community.

I would like to share with you the documentation of the tool in order to provide you a better understanding of the features and its test specifically.

Please check the link of the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool Windows Help below:

https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/processors/intelprocessordiagnostictoolhelp.pdf

As additional information, I would like to let you know that in order to run the Math Test with successfully results it is very important that your system supports the following features:

  1. AVX OS Support.
  2. AVX Support.
  3. FMA3 Support.
  4. AVX2 support.

In order to validate the support of your system with those features, could you please so kind and provide us a screenshot from the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool on the section "CPU Features"?

Please check a picture in the comment below as a reference:

Also, you can validate the compatibility of those features from the "CMD" Utility.

As a matter of fact, the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool Windows Help Documentation that I shared above on page 21,

There are some steps in order to run the tool and the tests from the CMD Microsoft Windows Utility.

On the other hand, in order to test the Math features specifically from the CMD utility you can use the following commands:

(This information can be found in the documentation as well)

  1. Math_FP.exe -errstop
  2. Math_PrimeNum.exe -errstop
  3. AVX.exe -c

Finally, at the beginning of the documentation, there are some Software Requirements in order to use the tool without any problem.

Please confirm that every detail provided above and let me know the outcome in order to verify the information and proceed with the next step.

Best regards,
