Hi Cuong955,
Please provide me with more details of your issue. Let me know the model of your modular server and switch; additionally, let me know what type of information you are trying to keep on the server. Include operating system, type of RAID configuration (if available).

Mike C

There are 2 newer versions of the Unified Firmware Update for the Intel® Modular Server System MFSYS25V2. They are versions 10.16 and 10.18.
The v.10.16 includes the newer Switch Firmware: 1.0.0.28.

Hi Cuong955,
This system is no longer supported through our interactive support such as phone, email, or community support forums. My best suggestion is reviewing the instructions of https://downloadmirror.intel.com/21637/eng/v10_16_Install_Instructions_Release_Notes.pdf Intel® Modular Server System MFSYS25V2 v10.16 Unified Firmware Update Release Notes & Installation Instructions. Follow the instructions in chapter B. General Information.
I hope this document helps you.

Hello Cuong955
You may want to go to firmware version https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/20855/Firmware-update-for-Intel-Modular-Server-System-MFSYS25V2-only?product=29870 10.9 and see if it helps. I would recommend connecting a client system directly to the CMM instead of doing the update over the network. This might help complete the update process. In the past, we had had customers updating the firmware with the CMM only and then adding the remaining components to complete the update process individually.

Hi there,
I was wondering if you have tried power cycling the unit and then start the update with just the CMM and then add the rest of the components one at the time.

I was wondering if you were able to follow the last recommendations we provided about trying the update with the CMM only to see if the update is completed it that way.

Hello Cuong955
I will recomendto remove the email and phone number from the forum to avoid abuse.
If your manager requieres a contact the best option will be to open a ticket directly to the server support team
