中国无法build，如何才能上传项目呀

发现，在中国地区无法build，会提示无法上传项目，如图：

大家是如何build，上传项目的，以前我记得老版本的xdk就很慢，现在几乎传不了了。

我们用讯飞vpn也不行。

这个问题要是解决不好，以后在国内无法用xdk了。

I don´t know if is related, but this issue started after my second account was merged with the first.
