I put in a request (which shows up for me as Submission #569) and got no response for well over 5 business days. What gives? Whom can I contact to get that unstuck?

Hi, this is all quite a pain, I am sorry to say. For a programming languages class, I have a Fortran exercise and I thought "oh, I'll use the Intel Fortran compiler". It used to be easy for students to get, but now one needs to go to https://software.intel.com/en-us/academic and sign up for the Intel® Software Academic Program. Which I did. Then one clicks on the package one wants, in my case https://software.intel.com/en-us/form/intel-parallel-studio-xe-academic-request, and fills out a form. Which I did. Then...nothing.
If you don't want to give free software to universities, that's certainly fine. I can use Gnu Fortran for the activity. But then why does it say "We’re pleased to offer Intel’s premier software packages as part of the Intel® Software Academic Program. To request your complimentary software, ..." if in fact Intel isn't pleased to offer it?

Hi and thanks for looking into the matter. AFAIK, I did fill in all the entries in that form. If the automatic process was working, it seems as if it should have produced a result. So, maybe it isn't?
