Account verification incomplete

Hi,

I've registered my products and followed the email directions:

"We appreciate your Intel product registration. There is a delay for the final configuration of your support account. Please wait approximately 1 hour and click here <removed license info>  to complete the configuration."

 

I've waited more than an hour (approx. 21 hours) and I still get:

"Account verification incomplete There is a delay for the final configuration of your support account. Please wait approximately 1 hour and click the same link in the email you received, to complete the configuration."

What is the problem?

Emanuel,

The license you referenced is properly registered. There are issues with your support account and I'll check.

But for now, what's the problem? Do you want to download the product?

I need to get the license files. I can see how to do that with my other products (Manage/Click on little envelope to send license) but not the ones I just registered.

Emanuel,

You registered a floating license as secondary user. With this registraton you are allowed to download products and file support issues, but you are not eligible to manage the license (such as downloading it).  License management is under the responsibility of the license owner or the license administrator.

What's exactly your role with this license? Are you a regular user only or do you have administrative tasks with it?

  Who is listed as the license owner/administrator? That person should be me.

No license administrator was specified yet so I'm goining to enter you as license admin. I'll give you a note when it's done.

I have a problem with license admin setup. Apparently something is broken. I'll send you the license file offline. That's all what you actually need?
