Blank Screen Before App Loaded

Dear Mate,

my name is Junior, i have problem with my app (android with hybrid using intel xdk).
i have very good experince using intel xdk but one problem that when the app is open always show the blank screen before
the app loaded and its takes about 10 second. can any body help me to fix this problem?

I think you have to adjust the splash screen
