Compatibility with AMD Processors

Hi, I'm new to parallel studio. Is it compatible with machines that have AMD processors (can it be installed on the machine) Will code developed using it have compatibility issuesif deployed on a machine with an AMD processor? Thanks.

the release notes state that SSE2 compatible processors are supported, with the exception of non-Intel instructions (such as you might get in AMD libraries). In the compiler, you may choose of instruction sets (SSE2 and SSE3) which work on multiple platform brands.
