Default template give me error "Do you have index.html in your source directory?"

I created new project with default template Html5 + Cordova and run emulate it give me below error message. Do you have index.html in your source directory?

I have tried reproduced it: Start New Project -> Templates -> Blank -> HTML5+Cordova -> use App Designer

Result: Emulator is showing me the index.html = white screen

Q1: Did you install XDK in a non-default location?
Q2: Can you try some other demo projects and see if you are having the same issue?
Q3:  Are you using a tablet with App Preview opened

What build of the XDK do you have installed? Top right corner.
