Is it possible to get the Emotion Detection (face analysis) running on a regular non-RealSense webcam? When I try running the emotion detection sample without the RealSense camera attached I get the notorious "init failed" error message.
If it is possible, how do you initialize the Intel RealSense SDK camera library so it doesn't look for the RealSense camera and thereby avoid the "init failed" error (library initialization failure), yet still be able to use the emotion detection methods?

When you tried using a non-RealSense webcam, did you install the drivers for that webcam before trying it?

Thanks Marty. That did it. I was using my old PercSDK camera to test on a system that didn't have the PercSDK camera drivers installed.
