Error starting new blank cordova project

I have just insalled a fresh new XDK 2727 on my computer and I got this error on trying to start a new project HTML5 + Cordova with the Use App Desing ´s checkbox checked.

If I create a HTML5 + Crodova Project without checking the Use App Desing it creates a project, but if I go to the project´s properties it says that the project is not a cordova one and if I try to convert by clicking on the Cordova´s icon it gives me the same error.

Which OS are you on? Are you connected to the internet while creating the project? Make sure you have proper internet connection. The plugins may not have fetched properly. Please remove your plugins and try to add again.

I´m using windows 10 and 7. My internet works, I beviled that it could be because a firewall or proxy, but I have installed it at my home and have the same issue.

The XDK does not fetch most of the plugins, not even if I try fetch by given the github path.

Vinicius - it sounds like something got corrupted during installation. You had a similar problem once before, I believe. The XDK has some timeouts - maybe your network was slow at some point during installation causing a problem with the upgrade.

I am assuming when you said that you tried at home to verify that you are not having a proxy issue, that you were using the same computer. It would be really strange if this happened on two different computers. It is not a common problem, that we are aware of.

I suggest one of the two options

• We have an upgrade that will be released soon. You can try upgrading when this new upgrade is released to see if that fixes the issue. OR
• Try uninstalling and reinstalling 2727 - https://software.intel.com/en-us/xdk/faqs/general#uninstall-xdk
