Header control breaks

I found if I drag the header control to my screen I cant add the row control to the new subpages. However rows can be added to new pages.

How to reproduce this issue;

1. Add 2 subpages

2. Add Header control to the mainpage.

3. Add addtional subpages

4. Now row control cannot be dragged to the subpages or not visible and the subpages became unusable.

Tried on Mac and Windows same issue.

This is a cordova app
