How to determine if a hand is facing back or front?

Hi!

I'm trying to determine if the palm of the hand is facing towards to the camera.

I tried looking at palm orientation (converted to euler angles), but it delivers the same values when flipping the hand about 180 degree...

Has anyone an idea?

Currently the SDK did not provide such API. However you can get such info by using "QueryBodySide(get which hand)" and the position of the Finger. Thanks!

Whilst not directly related to the question asked, I thought that it was worth adding here for other people that the back of the hand can be tracked in Unity using a script such as TrackingAction, but you usually need to establish a tracking activation with the front of the hand first and then turn the palm around to point towards the chest.
