How to set the allowsInlineMediaPlayback property

I develop app in Intel XDK and I have a question about how to set the allowsInlineMediaPlayback property so HTML5 video can play inline?

I read this blog https://software.intel.com/en-us/html5/hub/blogs/html5-video-on-mobile-a-primer and did everything like it sad but dont know how/where to change this property?

This attribute is not available for online/web-based content such as the <video> tag. Videos only play inline for tablet devices such as an iPad.
