I wanted to send a message to an IDZ user and discovered that it is Not possible at the moment. Why?

Additional information. - It is Not possible to send a completely New Message ( a new conversation ). - It is possible to send a message if a conversation with an IDZ user already exists.

I cannot compose a new message. I just searched and I found this thread. So, I can tell you it isn't working for me. It seems the feature is not available anymore or changes are being done.
